Meet Emily Griffin 

Hello, I’m Emily! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes therapy works best when it feels warm, real, and collaborative. I like to meet you where you’re at, working together to create a space that feels safe, inclusive, and empowering—grounded in compassion and curiosity.

Using CBT and solution‑focused approaches, I walk alongside you to gently untangle what’s getting in the way of the life you want and help to build small, practical steps that naturally fit into your life.
