I feel trapped in a cycle of non-stop thoughts, analyzing, and indecision.

I tend to put the needs of others before my own & struggle to say no.

I put constant pressure on myself to excel no matter how unrealistic my expectations are.

I struggle with obsessive thoughts about food, cravings, body image, and feel stuck in the cycle of dieting & guilt. 

I believe that exercise has to be rigid, intense, or forced to "count". I use exercise to burn calories and it often feels like punishment. 

I constantly feel like I'm not good enough and struggle to accept my accomplishments.

I feel persistent overwhelm, exhaustion, and lack of energy.
